Cookie Policy
Last updated: 25 April 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar storage Clawal uses on clawal.io and how you can control them.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files placed on your device by websites you visit. We also use the browser's localStorage, which works similarly. We refer to both as "cookies" for simplicity.
2. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary — set automatically because the site cannot work without them. We use localStorage entries for your language preference, theme (dark/light), and your cookie consent itself (clawal.consent.v2). No identifier is sent to us.
Analytics — set only if you accept analytics in the banner. We use Google Analytics 4 (cookies _ga, _ga_<container-id>) to count visits and understand which pages are useful. Data is processed by Google Ireland Ltd. and aggregated.
We do not use advertising, retargeting, or social-media tracking cookies.
3. Third-party cookies on embedded content
If you open the booking page (/book), Calendly's widget may set its own cookies to remember your booking session. See Calendly's own cookie notice for details.
4. How to control cookies
Use the cookie preferences link in the footer to change or withdraw your consent at any time. You can also clear cookies via your browser settings.
Refusing analytics does not affect your ability to use the site.
5. Retention
_ga: 2 years from last visit. _ga_<container-id>: 2 years from last visit. clawal.consent.v2: stored until you clear your browser data.
